CGI is looking for an IT Project Management with a background in Public Utilities (Electric, Gas, etc) to join our team in Richmond, VA
The key aspect of this role is to manage client projects from a Delivery perspective for Core CGI Clients, Project Planning, Project Staffing, Financial client management, P&L accountability at the project and Core client levels, invoicing, cash collections, resource balancing, creating statement of works, Contract Management, Scoping, Scheduling, Estimating and Costing, P&L at the project level, member management within the project team.
Fonctions et responsabilités :
Drive delivery excellence as measured by high Customer and CGI member satisfaction, assist with driving additional customer revenue opportunities and hitting or exceeding CGI profit margins, converting contingency to profit.
Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle :
• Project and Delivery Consultant, with experience in running at least a $1-3M client-facing projects within the Utility industry, ability to handle multiple projects and resolve conflicting client, CGI and member requirements. Must understand current technology at a high level (HTML5, Java, and Oracle).
• P&L management, projects - at least 5 years’ experience. • Sales capability - 3-5 years’ experience with the ability to assist executive and sales in selling follow-on work. • Project management for multiple concurrent projects - at least 3 years’ experience, with the proven ability to manage several client engagements simultaneously, resolving conflicting requirements. Desired Skills: • Ability to simultaneously deliver client work for multiple projects in the Utilities marketplace. • Delivery Skills - at least 5 years’ experience. • Methodology and P&L responsibility - at least 5 years’ experience. • Resource Management - at least 3 years’ experience. • Experience in Agile methodology Education: University Bachelor's Degree
