As the first Scaled Agile Global Transformation Partner, CGI offers a SAFe team which will provide mentorship opportunities for its practice members, and support for SAFe programs within its clients.

CGI is seeking a Scrum Master who will initially be responsible for leading a large system deployment for its client and will support the team in meeting the program delivery goals, removing impediments for the team, coordinating with other Agile and internal support teams, and acting as a facilitator, coach and protector of Agile practices.

This position will be located in Golden, CO.

Sus futuros deberes y responsabilidades:

Acts as Servant Leader to leads and guide the team ceremonies including Iteration Planning, Stand Ups, Backlog Grooming, and Iteration Review/Retrospective.

Works to remove team impediments, and creates/escalates impediments to the Release Train Engineer/Program Manager that cannot be resolved at the team level.

Works with the Product Owner and other development team members to facilitate backlog grooming.

Ensures all team features/stories/tasks aligned and maintained in our Rational toolset, and taskboard/backlog views available.

Provides Agile/SAFe coaching as required to development team members.

Participates in Agile Release Train ceremonies including Scrum Master Checkpoints, Scrum of Scrums, Backlog Grooming, etc., and coordinates across other teams on the train as needed.

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:

Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience.

SAFe experience and either utilities background or infrastructure (server or facilities build-out) experience.

Proven experience with large scale data management and software integration projects.

Proven experience on a project with a large number of impacted users, (i.e., at least 50 users)
