We are seeking candidates to join our successful Federal organization as a Knowledge Manager for a shared services cybersecurity opportunity. The position involves helping to design and execute the knowledge management strategy that provides information to Federal agency customers of the solution, as well as internal providers (such as help desk analysts, trainers, and solution architects). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a highly visible, fast-moving cybersecurity project with a cross-functional team of experts.
Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidades:
• Leads knowledge management strategy to target information to multiple stakeholder groups, including users of the shared services and Federal Program Managers as well as internal users such as Help Desk Analysts, quality control and training.
• Publish and main documentation and artifacts on ServiceNow portal and SharePoint. • Maintain FAQs in coordination with technical experts and evaluate effectiveness of materials provided to users. • Create knowledge management materials in coordination with technical and policy subject matter experts. • Collaborate closely across the multifunctional team (Cyber Architects, governance and training leads, agency Service Delivery Managers) to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness of published materials.
Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido neste role:
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience. • Experience working on information technology or cybersecurity projects. • Experience working with knowledge management portals, including SharePoint and ServiceNow. • Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills. • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Qualifications: • Experience managing FAQs on a technical project. • General understanding of cybersecurity and/or IT security policy. • Experience with ServiceNow for knowledge management is highly desirable. #CGIFEDERALJOB
