We are looking for a fraud detection specialist (anti-fraud and potentially also sanctions) with an experience from consulting. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders including close relationship with a product team, will have the ability to digest and communicate complex information, and will be actively keeping up with fraud detection topics and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for a business consulting, analysis and business design related to our product, CGI HotScan 360 Fraud Detection System. You will be working closely with the product development team, sitting in Prague and India and also with CGI client-facing teams across the globe.

This role entails:
• Solution Engineering:
o Talking to prospective and existing clients, primarily financial institutions, to understand how our solutions and services could help their business
o Deliver expert advisory services and build good relationships with our client base
o Analyse client pain points, conduct gap analyses of Fraud detection programmes, and design consequent recommendations
o Analyse the needs and wants of our clients to ensure our solution is designed and implemented correctly
o Work with the team to find new business opportunities and work on client offers

• Thought leadership / product marketing:
o Understand and present the HotScan360 Fraud detection product to internal and external audiences
o Produce content (blogs, webinars, articles, newsletters, etc.) on Fraud detection
o Participate at events and conferences aimed at your continuous education as well as at the promotion of our product and services

Criteria:

• Experience in business consulting
• A decent understanding of fraud and compliance processes in financial institutions
• Ideally, you have experience from fraud detection/prevention area
• Fluent written and spoken English and Czech or Slovak language.
• You are a proactive self-starter, who will be motivated to take on new responsibilities
• Excellent presenting and communication skills and good time management
