Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Advisor - Time and Attendance to join our dynamic team. The Implementation Advisor - Time and Attendance will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of our time and attendance module for new and existing clients. This role requires a thorough understanding of time and attendance systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. On a typical day, here are your responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the implementation process for new clients, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and training;
- System Configuration: Configure the time and attendance module to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on the use of the Time & Attendance module. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, as needed
- Project Management: Manage implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met within budget and scope
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or questions
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements, system configurations, and implementation activities
- Quality Assurance: Perform testing and validation of the time and attendance module to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client expectations
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies in the implementation process, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- University degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or in a related field or any other combination of studies and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation or support roles, with a focus on time and attendance or workforce management systems
- Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in Time & Attendance modules
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
