CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV to support FBI in Newington, VA.

This position is located in Newington, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
: Performs non-routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project. Selects and adapts plans, techniques, designs, or layouts. Contacts personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work; reviews, analyzes, and integrates the technical work of others. Supervisor or professional engineer outlines objectives, requirements, and design approaches; completed work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements. May train and be assisted by lower level technicians. Performs at this level one or a combination of such typical duties as: Designs, develops, and constructs major units, devices, or equipment; conducts tests or experiments; analyzes results and redesigns or modifies equipment to improve performance; and reports results. From general guidelines and specifications (e.g., size or weight requirements), develops designs for equipment without critical performance requirements which are difficult to satisfy such as engine parts, research instruments, or special purpose circuitry. Analyzes technical data to determine applicability to design problems; selects from several possible design layouts; calculates design data; and prepares layouts, detailed specifications, parts lists, estimates, procedures, etc. May check and analyze drawings or equipment to determine adequacy of drawings and design.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Communicate with Project PMs and Government Leads on the time/place and agenda for each Project Meeting and Project Progress Forms (PPF).
• Responsible for taking accurate and comprehensive notes and provide feedback across all groups.
• Immediately provide notes to the attendees and any relevant action items for the JCSU Leadership Team.
• Ensure consistency for each project by creating a standardized template.
• Ensure PPFs get disseminated in a timely manner to the unit’s SharePoint site, as well as uplifted to the appropriate high side spaces and distributed further from there—whether through individual/group emails or high-side Confluence.
• Email Update/Newsletter – Acquire Government approvals on newsletter content.
• Coordinate for time-sharing the physical and virtual conference rooms.
• Oversee scheduling and deconfliction of event time-changes, via Calendar and email invites.
• Work with Unit MAPA or Administrative Specialist on tracking who is in which group and how to contact them. Ensure the distro groups are created and updated.
• Create and maintain a spreadsheet of votable material and send out a month prior to the meetings.
• Consistently update and edit the Unit’s Product Catalog for its quarterly release, at least every 6 months.
• Work independently with various Government Leaders to ensure write-ups are accurate and technically concise.
• Maintain and update comprehensive list of all project team members who are onboarding and offboarding.
• Communicate to relevant government leads/project PMs to create and maintain an updated Excel spreadsheet of all stakeholders for all project-related communications.
• Create and update email distro lists for project-related groups.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and/or Word.
• Update, based on government direction, the unit’s shared drive and trackers with accurate updates for each of the Project Team’s initiatives or measures.
• Assist JCSU Leadership Team with workshop planning and events by
Hourly Rate: $43.61/hour

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
