Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with a minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
• Hands-on Experience in BICS Connection using IDT and Universe Design using Universe Design
• Hands on experience with Web Intelligence, QAAWS, Live Office, Advance Analysis (OLAP and MS Office), Launch pad.
• Knowledge on SAP BW, SAP HANA and Bex Queries is must.
• Multiple Data source Integration experience (SAP/Oracle/SQL)
• Understand the business requirements for reporting/dashboard needs.
• Build reports in SAP BODS based on requirements.
• Leads analysis and design of the SAP BODS solution in close cooperation with the client.
• Understand key business and data metrics and translate them to BI reports.
• Ensures stabilization of the solution and continuous improvement
• Should have built/support expertise with various front-end tools such as WebI, Crystal, Lumira, Design Studio, and Advanced Analysis as well as Scheduling and publication of reports.
• Identify creative ways to fine tune reporting queries and ensure optimal report fetch time.
• Modelling reporting layer/marts as needed.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, data inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users in utilizing the SAP BW system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system configurations.

Must-Have Skills:
• Overall, 6+ years of Development experience with 4+ years of experience exclusively on SAP Business Objects Data Services
• Universe developer (IDT/UDT)
• Report developer (WEBI/CRYSTAL reports)
• Dashboard developer (design studio)
• Expertise in Data Warehousing concept like Star Schema, Snowflake, Dimensions and Fact tables
• Strong in Data analysis, modelling and tuning MicroStrategy BI dashboard/reports for better performance
• Must have good SQL server querying skills
• Strong in agile methodologies
• Must have excellent oral and written communication with need to interact with clients directly
• Must be both individual contributor, good team player and self-motivated to take on challenge.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with working in Agile (KANBAN, Scrum) environment as part of a scrum team
• Good Understanding of Modern Data Warehouse and Data Warehousing concepts
