Position Description:

Location - Bangalore / Pune

We are seeking a highly motivated Azure Integration Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design and develop integration solutions, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (AIS), Logic Apps, API Management, and other related services.
• Architect and configure data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Stream Analytics.
• Utilize UI Path and robotic process automation (RPA) tools to automate tasks within the integration process.
• Develop and maintain reusable code components and libraries for efficient solution development.
• Ensure the integration solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Document integration solutions, design patterns, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure Integration services and related technologies.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in cloud integration solutions using Azure or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services including PaaS and IaaS offerings (Data Factory, Logic Apps, ADLS Gen1/Gen2, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (Python, R, Scala preferred).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (configuration management, testing, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Experience with UI Path, Java, Apache Kafka, Oracle Fusion SOA, ServiceNow, UNIX/Linux, Dell Boomi, and/or Spark.
• Expertise in creating pipelines in CDL from and to Salesforce and EA.
