Context/Context of the work:
We are responsible for delivering projects and services that are delivered to and in collaboration with operational business units and other shared services organizations.
Within the company, the APAC East PMO team is responsible for implementing sustaining and growing infrastructure or IT systems initiatives for the organization and for specific business units and product groups . Due to our new request (Cyber ​​Program), we need a specialized Active Directory server engineer to support the current project activities.
Project Responsibilities:

a) Provide project services to us and our client business units.
b) Clear, concise and business-focused communication with key customers, including different levels of management across all APAC-E business units of the company, is an integral part of the role.
c) Well-developed team skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
d) Ability to meet deadlines and manage within budgetary constraints
e) The ability to deliver customer-focused results in times of rapid change is essential
f) Proven ability to follow formal project delivery methodologies is desirable.
g) Strong experience in delivering network infrastructure solutions in a project environment
h) Peer review of project implementation documentation
i) Develop and document migration and implementation plans
j) Ensure that all administrative tasks (reports and timesheets) are completed as required in a timely manner. Security :

b) Perform hazard identification and safety interactions
c) Participate in security audits
d) Report incidents
e) Participate in incident investigations
f) Participate in security meetings Create travel management plans in accordance with company travel policies and procedures (as required)

1. Assigned tasks completed on time and according to cost and quality specifications,
2. Project issues addressed and resolved,
3. Engineering work carried out to design standards and strategy,
4. Active participation in the office Health, Safety and Environment program.


Describe the qualifications and skills required to perform the work:
Key consultant criteria:
- Extensive Microsoft Windows Server administration and overall Active Directory schema experience (Win2000 – 2019)
- Experience removing complex AD schemas and Group Policy “cleanup” projects.
- Provide technical input to the planning and implementation phases of the project, including:
o Development of framing documentation.
o Create technical designs
o Equipment lists and
o Implementation plans
- Implement these designs and produce support transfer documentation including:
o “as built” documentation
o Updated diagrams
- Manage technical issues related to project implementation
- Experience and ability to adhere to applicable policies, standards and solution architectures.
- Experience in large enterprise server and OT environments is essential.
- Experience in capacity management planning Specific skills/specialties:

- Microsoft Certified System Associate (MCSA) and/or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) – required
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) – desirable
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) – desirable


- Ability to audit current server and storage architecture and present recommendations
- Able to design, configure and implement server and storage solutions including NetApp and VMware ESX and E SXi 3.5, 4.0 and 4.1 storage, essential.
- Design server and storage solutions ensuring security policies and practices are maintained at a high level.

- Experience with P2V server migrations and server migrations to NetApp CIFS shares
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – required
- NetApp Certified Data Management Administrator (NCDA) – desirable
- NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer (NCIE-SAN) – desirable
