We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team in the Greenwood Village, CO area!

You will be supporting a long-time commercial distribution/supply chain client!

Looking for someone with a robust background in Salesforce.com, custom marketing solutions, delivery management, and documentation expertise.

Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to delivery, optimizing marketing processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Experienced in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and comprehensive documentation.

Key Skills:
Salesforce.com Expertise:
Extensive experience in Salesforce.com, with a focus on marketing cloud functionalities (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.). Skilled in leveraging Salesforce tools to streamline marketing operations and enhance customer engagement.

Custom Solutions Development:
Proficient in leading teams to develop and implement custom marketing solutions, leveraging platforms like Salesforce to design innovative applications that address specific business needs. Capable of managing full project lifecycles, including delivery, testing, and post-implementation support.

Delivery Management:
Experienced in the coordination of cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders' expectations, and driving project success through effective planning and execution.

Documentation Expertise:
Strong documentation skills, including creating functional specifications, user manuals, process flows, and customer journeys. Able to communicate complex technical concepts in clear and concise language to diverse stakeholders.

Marketing Domain Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of marketing processes, including campaign management, lead generation, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics. Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.

Website Implementation:
Experience leading teams in the implementation and management of websites, utilizing content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Umbraco. Designed user-centric websites aligned with marketing strategies and objectives.

Professional Experience:
Project Delivery and Management:
Led and managed end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and deployment. Ensured projects met quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

Documentation and Communication:
Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user guides, and customer journeys to support project implementations and facilitate user adoption. Communicated project updates and deliverables effectively to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and expectations. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business needs.

Quality Assurance:
Lead business teams to conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate solution functionality and ensure adherence to requirements. Implemented feedback loops to continuously improve deliverables.

Minimum Education Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Cloud Consultant (or relevant certifications)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional)

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 – $120,000.”
