We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer with advanced proficiency in Excel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Excel. Your expertise in both tools will enable you to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, streamline data processing, and ensure data accuracy.

This position is located in Dallas, Texas. You will be required in the office at client site in Plano, TX 5 days per week.

1. Designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions for various business units
2. Creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power Query, DAX, and other tools
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
4. Developing complex Excel models for data processing, analysis, and reporting
5. Integrating Power BI with various data sources using APIs that are available
6. Implementing and customizing Power BI features to meet business needs
7. Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights for stakeholders
8. Assisting in the development of technical documentation for Power BI solutions
9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:

1. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas/functions, and data modeling
2. Proven experience working with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and other related tools
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and insights from complex data sets
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug Power BI and Excel issues
7. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and the ability to create engaging, informative visualizations
8. Experience with database query languages (SQL)
9. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently
10. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800- $165,200.
