This position is located in Houston, Texas. You will be required to be in the client's Houston, TX office two days per week. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

How you'll make an impact:

• As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will help our client meet business requirements related to the Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation.
• Support Test Strategy and Planning initiatives with various North American teams while demonstrating your oil & gas sector, regulatory and policy knowledge along with ERP implementation concepts.
• Lead various business stakeholders in effective testing strategies, execution, and evaluation
•Develop and successfully mitigate issues related to implementation testing
• Establishing goals and testing implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes
• Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
•Develop and maintain productive relationships with implementation vendors. Focus on testing and quality control deliverables and internal business priorities. Manage expectations of service.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners throughout implementation and stabilizing

Qualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido nesta função:

What you'll bring:

•10+ years of related financial implementation work experience
•Professional designation and/or qualification i.e. CA, CPA
• In depth knowledge of:
• Planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Performance measurement and management concepts
• Process transformation and improvement methodologies
•Business performance reporting process
• Financial statement close processes
• Proven track record with a blue-chip consulting firm in the field
•7+ years’ experience in leading and delivering Finance transformation program/projects (Oracle Fusion preferred) that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design, testing and implementation support.

• Leading and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
•Knowledge and working experience on testing business processes including record to report, plan-to-perform, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay, and acquire-to-retire
• The ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment included external vendors/partners
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and identify creative solutions outside of the box and thrive on new challenges
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation
• A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
• A willingness to travel within North America on short notice to meet client needs (ideal candidate based in Calgary or Houston)
• Experience in process digitalization (dashboard, robotization, etc.)
• Experience in using the following tools and software:
• Modelling and process management tools
•Process flowchart software (Visio, LucidChart, etc.)
•Microsoft Office suite

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,800- $209,100.
