Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Service Management Advisory Consultant, you’ll be working with a wide range of clients – often on-site – supporting them with solutions across the service management lifecycle. This will include consultancy support, proposing and validating the strategy, verifying the design of solutions, and supporting the actual transition into service.
Using real world examples from our broad client base, you’ll also be open to rapid change with the constant introduction of new frameworks and technology trends. In addition to a wide range of clients and sectors, you’ll work across SIAM design, VeriSM, Agile, SecDevOps, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Service Management Tooling and automation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
● ITIL V3 and / or ITIL 4 Expert or significant progress towards the qualification
● A strong understanding of all aspects of service management with the ability to identify
opportunities to sell Service Management Advisory Services ranging from short term to
complex, large scale projects
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
● Ideally, experience of additional IT service delivery areas
● Either hold or be willing and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance to at least SC level
● Ideally but not essential, some experience of IT project management, process
implementation and improvement, plus leadership and guidance skills
● Also ideal but not essential, familiarity with the implications of organisational change and
methods of enabling successful change.
Training and support – whether you’re highly experienced or if you feel that your skills
● All applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo National Security Vetting (NSV)
Security Check (SC) level.
