CGI is looking for a career driven Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Professional who is ready to take on new challenges to join our growing team!

If you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good oral and written skills, attention to detail, and have a good understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, strategic planning, affinity groups, supplier diversity and leading strategic initiatives to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in a complex organization that offers career development and growth, this is the role for you!

Our team works closely with Project Managers and senior members of CGI Leadership across the U.S. You will be actively encouraged to develop your skills and knowledge through professional development to allow for career progression within CGI.

This role can be located in any CGI office in the US, but the preferred locations are: DC Metro; Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, AL; Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas Tx.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you’ll make an impact

The Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will serve as a lead champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
(DE&I) strategies and practices across CGI U.S. This includes the planning, design, development and implementation of strategies and programs relating to talent acquisition, talent development, talent management and succession planning, high potential leader development, foundational and training, and organizational change management. Provides consulting expertise and strategic thinking to the leadership regarding human capital trends, analytics, and issues as well as leadership, talent, diversity, equity and inclusion and culture and engagement strategies that support short- and long-range business goals. This leader will be a collaborative partner and trusted advisor to leaders across the company to effectively define and deliver DE&I strategies, optimize resources and measure and track progress and effectiveness of DEI initiatives. Reporting to the Vice-President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, this position is part of the DE&I team and supports the evolution of DE&I across CGI within the U.S. and globally.

5-7 years of solid diversity, equity and inclusion experience. An understanding of creating high performing affinity groups, talent programs, and metric-driven initiatives to increase representation of
talent from underrepresented groups. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have an
understanding of supplier diversity, developing and managing external partnerships, and should be.
creative in designing, implementing and measuring DE&I initiatives that increase talent retention,
