Position Description:

Level 3 | 8 YEARS
Key Responsibilities:
The build, configuration and deployment of Windows desktop operating systems, including Autopilot deployments
Maintenance of routine operating system and application updates (eg MS patching and OS feature updates – eg windows 10 to 11)
Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management (MDM/MAM)
Threat Protection – Microsoft Defender or Bitlocker for Endpoint, end user OS and desktop application patching
Management of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory computers and Intune for MDM and client management
Ensure incidents resolved and requests fulfilled within business SLA’s and define and implement solutions in compliance with current incident, problem and change processes.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Substantial experience working with Microsoft Intune and Apple tools for device administration (both laptop/desktop workstations and mobile devices (phones/tablets) within a similar role and must possess the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff members
Experience designing, developing, and implementing high quality, scalable, and extensible solutions and ability to manage and meet solution delivery targets
5 to 10 years managing end user devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Desired eligibility requirement
Apple device management would be advantageous (macbook laptops and iOS)

Key Technical Skills:
SCCM / InTunes – Policy Setup and administration, Patching, Application Deployment, Compliance Management and Reporting.
Active Directory – Access Administration, File Share Management, etc.,
Windows 10 / 11 Imaging – MDT
MDM – Intune / Mosyle – Apple Device Management

Ready to work in EST timezone, and flexible for other hours
