We are seeking to hire an experienced Program Manager to join our fast-evolving healthcare client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sophisticated, high-impact IT programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes in a cloud-forward agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and healthcare industry trends.

This position is based in either Bloomfield, CT, Denver, CO, and/or St. Louis, MO.
This role can also be filled in any US based location where there is a CGI office.

Develop and implement strategic Isecurity programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes in a cloud-forward agile environment
Define program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities
Establish and manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure successful program delivery
Develop and manage program budgets, track progress against milestones, and manage program risks and issues
Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and customers, providing regular updates and status reports
Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and HITRUST
Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and healthcare industry trends, providing recommendations to improve program delivery

Požadované skúsenosti:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience leading large, sophisticated IT programs and initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist
• Experience with healthcare industry standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and CMS

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - 282,400.
