Job Title: Lead Functional Workday HCM

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Senior Lead candidate with Testing experience and Workday (Must)
2. Experience in large scale transformation project such as Peoplesoft to Workday (Highly desirable)
3. Experience in testing of transforming large volume of data to Workday
4. Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes, functions, and dependencies
5. Experience creating HCM test scenarios based on Business Process
6. Testing strategy is inclusive of Workday testing and is comprised of testing the business processes, configuration, converted data and all inbound and outbound integration from Workday

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1.Testing will include:-
a. In Scope Functionality, Reports
b. Integration testing experience- Workday with SAP ,PeopleSoft, ADP or any other system
c. End to End Testing (Workday functionality, security (role based & user based),
integrations (e.g. Workday to SAP)
