Your future duties and responsibilities:

Looking for a Mainframe Developer Lead with good knowledge of SAS, COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, CA-7, and SORT.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years relevant experience in Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, CICS, CA-7, VSAM. SAS experience is required for this role.
Experience with IMS / DB2 / CICS / MQ experience and anything with z/OZ connect
• Experience in Coding, QA, Testing and ability to work in a high-volume capacity
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field
• Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Solutions are innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives
• Ability to lead discussions with all levels of the organization and provide balanced information of an idea or communication of an issue regardless of written or verbal
• Hands on experience in DB2
• Hands on experience with webservice integration is preferred.
• Lead efforts to develop standard practices, components, guidelines for use of complex technology components.
• Lead actions to determine root cause of problems and drive resolution.
• Knowledge to use CI CS analysis and performance tool like TMON is desirable.
• Knowledge to use DB2 performance tool like BMC MAINVIEW is desirable
• Technology:
• IBM Mainframe System - COBOL, JCL, CICS, SQL, z/OS,CA7, VSAM, XML, TSO/ISPF, ROSCOE
• Expertise in JCL, JES
• IT Tools - IBM Debug tool for z/OS, IBM Fault Analyzer.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300-$146,900.
