Position Description:

CGI is hiring experienced Process Mining analysts. The ideal process mining analyst has knowledge of a wide range of data science methods, a developer mindset, and the ability to communicate new technologies, results, and methods to clients. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Advise on process mining infrastructure planning and platform architecture.
• Design process mining implementations using multiple data sources.
• Use the latest process mining tools to deliver insights in to process improvement and automation.
• Deliver process mining dashboards and analysis tools to allow business users to explore their data.
• Document current business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts, and propose business processes, business flows, rules and artifacts.
• Participate in and/or lead requirements workshops/sessions to identify business needs and process requirements.
• Participate in and/or lead training workshops for clients.
• Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop strategies for improving and leveraging logging systems that deliver data to the process mining tools.
• Liaison between information technology teams and business teams.
• Support the US Automation practice with business development initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of process mining experience
• Process Mining platform specific certification desired.
• Experience with the Celonis, FortressIQ, Soroco Scout, UiPath Process Mining / Process Gold, ABBYY Timeline, or other comparable Process Mining platforms
• Familiarity with common backend ERP systems and data lakes (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Open Invoice, etc)
• Basic computer programming skills, specifically SQL
• Demonstrated experience in hands on technology projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Strong use of Microsoft Office productivity tools including, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - 161,600.
