Position Description:

CGI is actively seeking a Momentum Developer to provide O&M support for various 3rd party software that is part of the Momentum suite. As a Momentum Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Momentum applications, creating custom modules, and integrating Momentum with other systems. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, test, and deploy Momentum solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Application Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining both new and existing applications. Whether you're troubleshooting a software defect, enhancing an existing application or developing a new solution you should be able to dig into frameworks and libraries to deliver coherent solutions in line with the overall architecture of the application landscape. The successful candidate will be a member of a high-performing multi-site agile team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have demonstrated effective communication skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Knowledge of Momentum Financials/Acquisitions
• 7-12 years of relevant experience
• Academic background in computer science, computer engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content
• Experience with Java, C++ , Visual Studio 2010 to 2015
• Ability to bring projects to completion in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and understand the nature of business
• Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000- $161,600.
