Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements within the E-Health IT services.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
- Perform administrative duties related to E-Health systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with end users and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and execute test plans for system deployments.
- Create and deploy integrated customizations to support end user requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the E-Health sector.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and electronic health record (OpenEHR) systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall project management
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian language
