Position Description:

CGI is looking for an Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide L2 Application support to end-users;
• Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures;
• Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships;
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;
• Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills:
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
• Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
• Olympic / Midas knowledge

Qualification & Experience:
• Total 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Total 2+ years of in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
• With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support)

• English - Expert

• Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to continually update and enhance skills
• High level of persistence, can-do attitude & pro-activeness
