Position Description:

The Back Office Processor will be responsible for accurately administering a wide variety of transactional activities on-behalf of our clients. Your contribution to a great experience for our clients will be aided by a variety of automated technologies. The vacancy is for Project Asgard.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Review all requests for completeness before making updates to the Transfer Agent System, FundServ etc.
• Accuracy is of great importance which we validate by your QC effort
• Perform peer review of updates to maintain exceptional service
• Leverage the wide selection of courses available on CI Learn to improve your knowledge
• Assist with the Machine Learning automation project
• Take minimal outbound calls and inbound calls (i.e., return call from a voicemail) as required by the project
• Perform sundry project duties as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Educational Background
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate (K-12), or College Undergrad
• Customer Service/Contact Center Training and/or Certification is an advantage but not a requirement

Career Experience
• Career shifters, young professionals, and tenured agents are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year work experience is required, but having a background in a BPO or Contact Center industry handling a financial, banking, or wealth management account or client would be an advantage

Work Arrangement and Schedule:
• Should be amenable to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig and/or Ortigas, Pasig (near Rob Galleria), graveyard shift schedule, and PH holidays
• Must be flexible to work either in Mckinley or Ortigas CBD.

Skills:
1. Ability to carry on basic conversation in English (verbal and written).
2. Good attention to detail.
3. Familiar with various account types used to save for financial goals.
4. Mutual Fund knowledge would be an asset.
5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM.
7. Commitment to continual learning.
8. Basic computer and internet literacy.
