Technical Business Analyst
Opis stanowiska:
CGI is looking for a dynamic Technical Business Analyst with over 9 years of experience in Business Analysis for a large financial client in New York, NY. The candidate must have expertise in Business and Data Analysis, sound knowledge of relational databases (Oracle), understanding data and document analysis, as well as reviewing data reports to establish patterns with Senior Stakeholders. The Candidate must be open to Hybrid Working (3 days/week).

• Business and case study analysis of current applications.
• Document current case studies, business requirement documents and data structures and designs.
• Establish data patterns and flows by reverse engineering the current application and use cases.
• Interact with technical engineers to help build new Data Models, Technical specifications, and Designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, designers and developers, QA engineers and business stakeholders.
• Suggest design and approaches to the global team and work in collaboration to guide the team implement the process.
• Interacting Product Owners/Operations users and architects on constant basis.
• Utilize agile methodologies such for iterative development and delivery, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

• Must have experience creating Business Requirement Document and Design Documents.
• Must have sound knowledge about relational databases (Oracle), data models and data structure for optimal querying and analysis.
• Help document Data Models, Technical specifications, and Designs.
• Strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to recommend the technical team based on the case studies of previous applications.
• Must have experience in interacting with Senior Stakeholders including Product Owners/Operations users and Technical teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Data engineers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Should be an independent contributor with experience working in a distributed team.
• Should be experience on Agile model and contribute to iterative development and delivery, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Should be familiar with design/requirement tools JIRA/Confluence
• Critical thinking, Problem-solving techniques
• Soft skills for team collaboration

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skills level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for this type of position of the current range of $76,300 - $165,200.
